P78: Installment account balances not too high compared to loan amounts

Explanation:

An installment account is one with a fixed monthly payment for the life of the loan. Auto loans and student loans are common examples of installment loans. Your balances on installment accounts are not too high compared to the original loan amounts, which causes your score to improve.
